Union Membership Form

If you have been hired in an AMUSE position at McGill, your employer should have provided you with a Union Membership Form and the AMUSE Welcome Flyer along with your contract. Signing the Union Membership Form makes you a member of AMUSE and the PSAC (our parent union), and allows you to access union benefits easily. Please contact us if you have any questions about the form.

If you are an employer, you are responsible for providing new employees with these forms alongside their contract (as per article 19.02 of our CA).
